Ray truly lives up to his name. He takes after his sire, Torque, in many aspects, from his overall athleticism and stately build, to his gentle and easy going nature. Ray wants to please, is easy to handle, work oriented, and possesses a great “on-off" switch. His favorite activities are retrieving, water work, and running blinds. He is also our “adult puppy” that gets along with everyone and loves playing with other dogs.

What you’ll notice first about Rain is her overall composition, build, and eager attention. What you’ll observe when she works is her love of training, lightness afoot, and speed. Her water entry is something to behold — total commitment with immense style and athleticism. Where she shines the most, however is her companionship. Willing to please both on the field and in the home, Rain’s gift is simply her presence, like her mother, Patty Ann.

CCR’s Sarinya’s Pocket Full of Shells

Patty Ann is a happy and loving working companion. Her temperament is born of her lineage combining a sweet disposition with a focused and honest drive to retrieve and work. She is a proven dam for quality pups geared for both hunting and family life. Patty Ann exhibits great athleticism and possesses a lightness in her fieldwork. This, combined with her “on-off” switch, makes her a fun everyday companion who simply wants to please.

Waylon

CCR’s Cochise

Athletic, determined, and focused, Waylon simply wants to get the job done. He’s “all-in” to retrieving all forms — water, land, marks, blinds — this dog wants to please. While he can go all day in the field, he also is a well-behaved mellow house dog. His pedigree is a testament to this disposition combining maternal grandfather, Torque with father “Farve” (Merganser’s Farve MH WCX). Unconditionally and forevermore, Waylon is that best friend — strong, determined, committed, and loyal. A proven sire to quality pups that carry these same traits.

CCR’s Ima Ivy Leaguer

Energetic and performance oriented, Ivy combines elements of her father, Farve, with the dependable amiability from her mother’s lineage. Her enthusiasm for hunting spans both sides of the family tree and is exhibited by her focus on the task. She is easy to work, eager to perform, loves retrieving and has immense fun doing it. Above everything else, Ivy wants to please and readily both wants, and gives affection.

Torque

CCR’s Rebel’s Repeat Performance

CCR’s Rebel’s Repeat Performance lived up to his name. He was primarily a companion and pet for Jim and Kenny. However, he was also a well-pedigreed sporting dog bred to excel in trial, test, and field and a true “echo” of his father, Rebel. During his “competitive” days, Torque amassed multiple Master Hunt Titles which is no small feat. More than this, however, was his companionship in the home and on the hunt. Torque was driven to “get the work done,” yet possessed a presence that inspired a quiet confidence in everyone he touched. He was a gentle giant that had to be felt to be understood. The good news is that Torque sired many litters of quality pups, and his pedigree and temperament live on at CCR. He was a best friend who will be missed forever, yet his qualities are remembered in the dogs of his lineage.

The expected colors of the puppies from these litters are yellow and black. Full AKC Registration will be transferred with each puppy. Refundable deposits are being taken now — $300. Selection of puppies in order of deposits received (by gender and color preferences) at 6-8 weeks of age.
